• BYOB Package — Planning to bring alcohol? Our BYOB Package is required for any alcoholic beverages brought into the venue.

• Extra Guest Package — Need room for more than the guest count included with your reservation? Add our Extra Guest Package to accommodate additional guests within the venue's maximum capacity.

• Fire Glass Lanterns — Add an extra layer of ambiance to your celebration with our signature fire glass lanterns.

• Hookah Rentals — Elevate the atmosphere with hookah rentals available directly through The Dining Room.

Want to extend your celebration? Additional hours may be purchased for $150 each hour, allowing you to add more time to your reservation

How It Works:

1. Booking is simple—reserve your event directly through our Lodgify platform. Please note, this is not an Airbnb rental, but an hourly event space. However, you will be booking your date as a "1 night stay' in the calendar. 

2. After booking, submit a copy of your government-issued ID and send a message of your specified chosen time slot. Guests may select any custom 5-hour reservation window between 8:00 AM and 12:00 AM (Midnight).

4. You’ll enjoy complete privacy—self check-in, full access, and the entire warehouse space all to yourself!

You’re welcome to bring in a third-party vendor of your choice—whether it’s catering or a mobile bar—to elevate your event. Our space is your blank canvas—ready to make your special occasion shine! 🎈
